Samaritans Purse International Relief – Children’s Box Donations
This time of the year can be very difficult for many families at Christmas, so here at IOC we have decided to help children in need, by asking our team to come together and make up Christmas gift boxes for children which contained the following toys – Washroom products, Barbie’s, Toy cars, arts and crafts and items of clothing. We have also donated five pounds per box that has been sent, which allows us to track which country these boxes have gone to. We have also written a note on behalf of IOC with an email address for the children to stay in contact if they wish, we look forward to hearing from the children this festive season.

Crisis at Christmas
Every year here at IOC we support Crisis at Christmas. This year is no different and we have supported 20 people in need. The charity helps provide those in need with safe accommodation, a Christmas dinner, access to health and wellbeing programs with the main goal being to leave homelessness behind for good. The Waterloo Foodbank Centre – working in partnership with IOC and Knight Frank
Ourselves here at IOC have been working in partnership with our client Knight Frank this year in order to deliver collections to The Waterloo Foodbank. We have assisted with the transportation of goods from our clients building to the foodbank itself. The Waterloo Food Bank ensures that no one in Waterloo goes hungry with the aid of such donations. They work alongside local frontline care professionals, such as schools, charities, housing associations, GPs, health visitors and churches, who help to identify those in need and by doing so they can donate the food to those in need in person. The Waterloo Food Bank are also part of the Trussell Trust’s which is a UK-wide foodbank network, and together they help provide food to thousands of people nationwide every year. 2. What is your favourite hobby outside of work? I’m a family person and I like to spend time with my family and cooking.
3. What do you enjoy most about working for IOC? Working beside the whole team.
4. What is the toughest challenge you have faced within your role to date? Dealing with the wages as this is a very important task with a deadline.
5. When you are at work, how do you motivate yourself? A coffee to start the day.
