Antiviral Sanitisation in London

Should you require a deep disinfectant hygiene clean, IOC we are fully prepared, as we have teams on standby ready to deploy from our local E1 warehouse.

Whilst we appreciate the urgency of such cleans, we will require a written request via email to request the works and agreeing to the costs prior to us dispatching our team.

In light of the current pandemic, it has never been more important to implement sanitisation measures to ensure the spread of Covid-19 is maintained and reduced.

Procedure

  • Operatives will wear PPE to include masks, goggles, gloves.
  • The offices should be cleared of all personnel and remain empty for at least 2 hours prior to the cleaning process.
  • Clean all touch surface and washable surfaces thoroughly with a suitable cleaner, washroom cleaner in toilets and multi-surface cleaner in all general areas. Spray directly onto the cloth NOT onto the surface or where possible use the chemical from a bucket to avoid spraying.
  • Once a thorough clean is complete, wipe down all washable surfaces with a suitable disinfectant such as Versan or AX Cleaner. These products contain high levels of disinfectant and chlorine which are highly effective.
  • On completion of the clean, all equipment and waste are to be removed from the site and disposed of clinically.
  • Following a deep hygiene clean we then recommend an electrostatic fogging treatment.

Electrostatic Fogging

By using air as a driving force and adding a product, hospital-grade disinfectant. This forms an interesting relationship between the droplet and the target surface as now the droplet races towards the object at a speed of up to 75 times the pull of gravity. Here the droplets cause a wraparound effect where the droplets will travel under, over, around and inside to achieve amazing surface coverage, some 300% better than any conventional spray system.

Benefits Of Electrostatic Cleaning

Coverage – Unlike traditional cleaning by hand, the electrostatic application provides far wider coverage and more thorough disinfection. When we spray our product that is charged with electrostatics, the solution will envelop the target. This means it is far harder to miss any areas; this is key when disinfecting an area that has been subjected to a virus.

Touchless System – With the application of our water-based solution through the electrostatic sprayer, there is no need to touch/wipe the surface(s). This means equipment and possessions do not need to be touched during our process.

No Cross-Contamination – Cross contamination is virtually reduced to nil due to the touchless aspect of our system. Surfaces will not be touched by cloths or human hands, therefore won’t be moving bacteria from one place to another. What’s more our operatives carry out all cleans infull head to toe PPE for your peace of mind and ours.
